Known
internationally, as one of the premier producers of
Sta.Rita Hills wines, Brewer-Clifton’s involvement
ensures that the vineyard is nutritionally sound,
that crop levels are correct for the quality level
required, and that the harvested grapes are in balance
and picked at the optimal time. Norm Huber works closely
with the team, both on the harvest for the grapes
that are reserved for Huber Cellars wines and for
those that are destined for the Brewer-Clifton
and diatom
labels.
Norman Yost will continue to craft
fabulous Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Dornfelder under
the Huber Cellars label.
