Wines

All Huber wines are made from grapes grown on the estate vineyard, and are handcrafted in very small lots. The vineyard is in the heart of the Sta. Rita Hills appellation, where the climate and soils create a perfect environment for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. We also have a small number of Dornfelder vines, a grape originating in Germany.

  The current Huber wines include:

• Two unoaked Estate Chardonnays
• A barrel-fermented and barrel-aged Estate Chardonnay
• Two Estate Pinot Noirs
• The Estate Dornfelder
• A reserve bottling of Dornfelder named Charlotte's Reserve
• A late-harvest, dessert wine named Hafen.
