Traudl's Recipes

Norm Huber works closely with the Brewer - Clifton viticultural team to ensure that the grapes are hand harvested at their ultimate ripeness. Then, together with consulting Winemaker Norman Yost, he vinifies the grapes in small lots and by hand to produce wines of quality and distinction. Norm Yost has over twenty years of experience, particularly with the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and brings a wealth of experience to Huber winemaking.

Huber wines are made and barrel-aged in the “Lompoc Wine Ghetto”, home of some of the most prestigious “garagistas” in California.

The current release of Huber wines include:

2005 Chardonnay, finished and aged in French oak barrels

2005 Chardonnay, fermented entirely in stainless steel, no oak influence

2006 Pinot Noir

2004 Dornfelder, while stocks last

2005 Dornfelder

a special, barrel-select Dornfelder named Charlotte's Reserve
